Shoppers can ask about a model number, compare the products they just found, and add a reviewed selection to the normal nopCommerce cart. Product cards use the store’s customer-visible quantity-one price and public availability message.

For signed-in buyers

Account help without exposing another customer’s records

Customers can view their own recent orders, available quotes, saved products, and basic profile information. Account requests are handled within the store; account questions and results are not sent to OpenAI or stored as chat history. Account changes continue on the normal store pages.

For store teams

Research first. Review every write.

Authorized admins can ask about orders, products, inventory, payments, logs, plugins, and licensing. Individual price changes and bulk cost-markup work show a preview, require explicit confirmation, and create audit records. Price permissions stay separate from read access.
