Terms for eStoreware websites, plugins, services, and custom work.
This starter page should be reviewed by an attorney before publishing. It is written as a practical website draft, not legal advice.
1. Overview
These terms apply to the use of the eStoreware website, managed ecommerce services, plugin products, support services, and custom development work. By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
2. Website plans and services
Managed website plans may include setup, configuration, theme adjustments, training, support, and related ecommerce services. Exact deliverables should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Plugin products
Plugin purchases may be subject to version compatibility, license terms, installation requirements, and support limits. Custom changes, installation help, and integration services may be billed separately.
4. Custom integrations
Supplier data, EDI, product feeds, ERP/accounting workflows, and other custom integrations require review of the source data, business rules, and expected outcomes before pricing and timelines are finalized.
5. Payments and billing
Monthly and annual website plans, setup fees, plugin purchases, support packages, and custom development fees are billed according to the selected plan or approved proposal. Annual plan terms may waive setup fees when stated.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, domain access, supplier data, product files, payment account access, email settings, brand assets, and timely approvals when required.
7. Support
Support availability depends on the selected plan, plugin, or service agreement. Support does not automatically include custom development, third-party troubleshooting, supplier data cleanup, or emergency response unless specifically included.
8. Third-party platforms
eStoreware may use nopCommerce, payment processors, email platforms, hosting providers, supplier feeds, and third-party tools. Availability and behavior of third-party systems may be outside eStoreware’s control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, eStoreware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, plugins, services, or third-party systems.
10. Changes
eStoreware may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website, products, or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form or by contacting eStoreware directly.
