Can I use it without connecting Facebook or Instagram?

Yes. Create product or brand drafts and download captions and branded images for manual posting. Template captions do not require an AI API key.

Does generating an AI caption publish it?

No. Review the suggestion, use it in the editor and save it. Publishing requires a separate approved final review. AI assistance is optional and has separate provider usage charges.

Does Image studio create new product photos?

It combines your existing catalog photo, uploaded logo, brand color and message. It does not invent product photography or modify catalog assets. Choose Spotlight or Minimal and square or portrait output.

Why is my API key field blank after saving?

The field intentionally does not reveal a saved key. Check Saved key: Yes. Leaving the field blank preserves the existing key; the explicit Clear option removes it. See AI settings.

Publishing and scheduling

Which accounts and post types are supported?

Configured Facebook Pages support caption-only or single-photo posts. Instagram requires a professional Business/Creator account linked to a Page and supports single-image feed posts. Meta app/account setup, permissions and approvals are required. Personal profiles, Reels, Stories and carousels are outside this release.

Can I change a scheduled post?

The approving owner can reschedule or cancel before processing starts. To change its caption, image or destination, cancel and prepare a new review. Editing or deleting the draft does not change an approved schedule.

Why did a scheduled post not appear at the exact minute?

The website and scheduled publishing task must be running. Downtime, a backlog, connection expiry or Instagram image processing can affect delivery. Check publication history and the destination. See scheduling guidance.

What should I do with Publishing or Unknown after a timeout?

Do not immediately send a replacement. A platform may have accepted the original post before the connection failed. Inspect the destination and contact support if the state persists. Understand publication history.

Does it include campaign-sales attribution?

The current release includes publication history. Campaign/order attribution and platform engagement reporting are not included.
